His expertise includes business valuations, financial & commercial due diligence, M&A advisory, financial modelling, audit & assurance, business strategy, and consulting. Tom’s authentic and relational approach has enabled him to develop a large network of long-term and trusted relationships.
Tom is an experienced Accountant and a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of South Africa as an AGA (SA), an MBA, and a Senior Associate Member- of FINSIA (SA Fin).

Rishin has worked over the last 16+ years in various roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Strategic Business Partner to the CEO, Finance Director, Corporate Controller, Public Officer & Company Secretary to blue chip companies.
Rishin is a Fellow CPA, CA, Fellow CMA, Fellow GIA (Governance Institute of Australia), MBA – Finance (Melbourne Business School Alumni), B-Com (Financial Accounting & Auditing Major) and Member Australian Institute of Company Directors.
